The best foods for #muscle actually don't exist. There is no where that you can eat something and that it will make you lose fat. You have to not eat (eat less I did not mean not eating at all ๐Ÿ˜ƒ)

Those molecules are contained in the building structure of your body, that is why they are more necessary, besides the carbs and fats which are mostly used as source of energy and energy storages (they are also contained in the building structure but much less than the proteins). 

So cut the calories from the fats and the carbs, but since we are talking about a #healthylife cutting them for 100% is not recommended at all!!
